We understand that choosing a mattress is not an easy decision for some people. That’s why at Legend Sleep, confident in our mattresses, we offer a 40-day mattress trial. If the mattress does not suit you after trying it, you can exchange it for another mattress or return it.


  • Terms for Mattress Exchange or Return:Use a mattress protector to keep it clean: We will not accept mattresses that are dirty or have stains.
  • Shipping cost: The customer bears the shipping cost if they decide to exchange or return the mattress (shipping cost will not be less than 250 SAR and will not exceed 350 SAR). Shipping fees depend on the customer’s city of residence.
  • Note: We do not offer mattress trial service for some remote areas or cities where shipping companies cannot deliver the mattress. Please confirm that your city is included in our shipping coverage before completing your order.

How to Exchange or Return a Mattress:

  • After receiving and trying the mattress, if you find it unsuitable and decide to exchange or return it,
  • Contact customer care at 920031540 and provide them with photos of the mattress and other relevant details.
  • Mattress condition: After verifying the photos and confirming the customer’s address (within the covered shipping cities),
  • We will arrange for the shipping company to pick up the mattress from the customer’s address and return it to the factory.

Note: Some shipping companies do not pick up mattresses from upper floors if the customer lives in a higher-level apartment.


Exchange or Return Process:

  • The process starts after the product is returned to the company and inspected by the specialized team. This will be done within two working days at most from the arrival date.
  • Note: The customer bears the risk if the product is not properly packaged for return.

Exchange or Return Handling Time:

  • The entire exchange or return process takes between 10 to 15 days.
